This web site Earnmytravel is published and maintained by Earnmytravel, an individual ownership contained and existing in granting with the laws of the Republic of India. When you access, browse or use this Site you accept, without limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions set forth below. When you access any sub-site (whether belonging to an associate™ of Earnmytravel) through this site, then such sub-site may have its own terms and conditions of use which is specific to such sub-site. Sub-sites may contain such additional terms and conditions of use as may be set out in such sub-site. These Terms and Conditions of Use and any further terms posted on this Site together constitute the entire agreement between Earnmytravel and you with respect to your use of this Site. Site and Its Contents

This Site is only for your personal use. You shall not issue, exchange, modify, sell or transmit anything you copy from this Site, including but not limited to any text, images, audio and video, for any business, commercial or public purpose. As long as you follow with the Terms and Conditions of Use, Earnmytravel allows you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to enter, view and use of this Site. You agree not to cut in or attempt to interrupt the operation of this Site in any way. Access to certain areas of the Site may only be available to registered members. To become a registered member, you may be required to answer certain questions. Answers to such questions may be mandatory and/or optional. You act for and warrant that all information you supply to us, about yourself, and others, is true and correct.

Payment T&C

After payment received from customer you need to update the payment details on our portal or mail at help@Earnmytravel.com in reply you will get a generated payment received voucher from us after payment approval, retailer need to give a refund request to us, once we will get refund request from the customer, the balance amount will be refunded within 15 to 20 working days via same source. Or Credit booking- Payments should be made within the 24 hrs after getting the PNR as per our Payment Modes only, otherwise your booking will be cancelled without any notice.

Before and After Booking T&C

• Please send all booking related queries with your Agency details to the Email ID: help@Earnmytravel.com
• Always try to give the FULL NAME of Passenger with correct spelling
• After booking, please check the PNR details online immediately.
• Before the journey date please again check the PNR online with passenger name.
• All fares are including in our fixed Service Charges.
• If any booking is cancelled for non-payment, to re-issue the same you need to do a fresh booking again (if seat/seats available).
• Every confirmed booking is totally non-refundable.
